Place the GXT Fiberglass Full Foot Insoles - Flat beneath the shoes' existing insoles, or wear them with an over-the-counter insert or prescription orthotic. It is important to wear your plates in shoes that do not have a very flexible sole, as the lack of rigidity will put stress on your plate when you flex your foot, which could cause the plate to crack.

Sizing: We strongly suggest that you use length rather than shoe size as the determining factor in deciding which size to purchase. The best method is to take your current insole out of your shoe and measure it from the back of the heel to the tip of the toe, then choose a plate that is slightly shorter than your current insert.
