It takes a bit of time to dry and a bit does come off once dry but the pure excitement from my daughter is totally worth it! It's easy to apply and washes off my hands easily so I don't get caught. This spray was exactly what I wanted. Not sticky at all and gave a really pretty sparkle to my skin and hair. The scent is a bit strong for me but not unpleasant and dissipated quickly.
