This tea has a distinct taste that is smooth, yet flavorful. It is my first time trying this brand, but I would definitely order again. Tastes great, but there’s a slight grit that is at the bottom of the cup. The package was smaller than I expected but seems like it will go a long ways. Comes with a nice little scoop to help with measuring. I don’t drink with enough regularity or dosage to notice any medicinal effects.
